1. Definitions
Throughout this document, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
- "luke33", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the legal entity operating the luke33 platform at luke33.ws.
- "Platform" refers to the luke33 website, all subdomains, mobile applications, APIs, and any related digital services operated by luke33.
- "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
- "Account" refers to the registered user profile created upon successful completion of the luke33 registration process.
- "Services" refers to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, slot titles, promotions, and any other features available through the Platform.
- "Real Money Play" refers to any gaming activity conducted using PKR or other currency funds deposited into a luke33 Account.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an Account on the luke33 Platform, by accessing any page of luke33.ws, or by using any Service offered by luke33, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. luke33 reserves the right to require users to re-affirm acceptance of updated Terms at any time by presenting a confirmation prompt upon login. Failure to accept updated Terms may result in restricted account access until acceptance is confirmed.
3. Eligibility
Access to and use of the luke33 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously at all times during your use of the Services:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. luke33 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any attempt to register using false age information constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
- You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
- You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register operated by luke33 or any affiliated responsible gaming programme at the time of registration or subsequent use.
- You must not be acting on behalf of, or in the interests of, any third party. Each Account must represent a single individual using the Platform for their own personal entertainment.
- You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Age Verification: luke33 conducts mandatory KYC checks to verify age and identity. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds will be returned to the verified payment source after investigation.
4. Account Registration
To access Real Money Play on the luke33 Platform, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. The following conditions govern Account registration and management:
- One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on the luke33 Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
- Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. luke33 may request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time.
- Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. luke33 will never request your password through any communication channel.
- Notification of Compromise: If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify luke33 support immediately via live chat. luke33 accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to such notification being received and acted upon.
- Account Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any third party under any circumstances.
luke33 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any Account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the above conditions have been breached, pending investigation.
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
luke33 processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals on the Platform:
- Accepted Payment Methods: Deposits and withdrawals are processed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and direct bank transfer. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.
- Deposit Processing: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times.
- Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount at luke33 is Rs 500. Deposits below this threshold will not be accepted by the system.
- Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to Accounts that have completed KYC verification. Submitting a withdrawal request prior to KYC completion will result in the request being held pending verification.
- Withdrawal Processing: Approved withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are processed within minutes of approval during business hours. Processing times for bank transfers may extend to one business day.

Anti-Money Laundering: luke33 is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. All significant transactions are monitored. luke33 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to warrant additional scrutiny.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
luke33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time each offer is presented:
- Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms.
- Eligibility: Each promotion specifies the eligible user categories, games, and time windows. Bonuses are generally available to verified Accounts that are in good standing with no active bonus abuse flags.
- Bonus Abuse: Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer, hedging bets to extract bonus value without genuine play intent, or systematic exploitation of promotional structures — is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, as well as potential permanent Account closure.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin credits expire within the timeframe stated in the individual promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from your Account balance without notice.
- Modification & Withdrawal: luke33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered through.
7. Gaming Rules
The following general rules apply to all gaming activity conducted on the luke33 Platform:
- Game Outcome Finality: All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer procedures as applicable. Once a round is completed and settled, the outcome is final and may not be challenged on the basis of disagreement with the result alone.
- Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game or system malfunction that causes a game round to be interrupted or settled incorrectly, the affected round may be declared void and any stakes involved will be returned to the player's Account balance. luke33 bears no liability for losses attributed to technical malfunctions that are outside its reasonable control.
- Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to review these limits before commencing play.
- Sportsbook Settlements: Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body for each sport. luke33 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation and to void markets where the integrity of an event is in question.
- Bet Acceptance: luke33 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on events where material non-public information may be involved.
8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the luke33 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
- Registering or attempting to register more than one Account on the Platform.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process.
- Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with games, place bets, or exploit the Platform in any way.
- Attempting to exploit any software vulnerability, error, or bug found on the Platform. Any such discovery must be reported to luke33 support immediately.
- Engaging in, facilitating, or attempting any form of fraud, including charge-backs, payment fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials.
- Engaging in money laundering, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
- Any conduct related to match-fixing or corruption in sports events listed on the luke33 sportsbook.
- Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at luke33 staff or other users through any communication channel.
9. Responsible Gaming
luke33 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions:

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered users at no cost and take effect immediately upon activation:

- Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a specified time period. Loss limits take effect immediately upon activation.

- Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (from 24 hours to 6 weeks) during which you will be unable to log in or place bets.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months from the date of application.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing any content from the Platform without express written authorisation from luke33.
- Modifying, adapting, translating, reverse-engineering, or creating derivative works based on Platform software or content.
- Using any luke33 trademark, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.
- Scraping, data-mining, or using automated tools to extract content or data from the Platform for any purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luke33 limits its liability as follows:
- The Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
- luke33 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
- luke33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial loss.
- luke33's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms as follows:
- Termination by You: You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to luke33 support via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited and real money balances will be paid out to your verified payment method following final KYC checks.
- Termination by luke33: luke33 may suspend or permanently close your Account at any time and without advance notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction, or court order.
- Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Amendments to These Terms
luke33 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, luke33 will notify registered users by displaying a prominent notice upon login and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your Account.
Amendments take effect on the date published unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account in accordance with Section 13 before the effective date.
The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under luke33's international gaming licence jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and luke33, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance. The vast majority of concerns are resolved quickly and informally through our 24/7 live chat service.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the arbitration body specified in the relevant licensing framework. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other urgent equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
